Wild Beauty Our Top 5 Summer Skincare Secrets

Summer is finally upon us. After a long winter it’s so enlivening to feel the air warm, taste the fruit sweeten and hear the birds sing. It’s a magical change in nature that we get to experience each year. As we change and adapt to a new season, the daily wellness rituals we incorporate into our lives change too.

In the summer, we start each day with a glass of lukewarm water with freshly squeezed lemon to gently wake up our digestive system and encourage gentle detoxification. Since it’s important for our hormone levels to see natural light before artificial, we always enjoy this simple ritual outside or near a window.

Our skincare rituals also change with the seasons. We start each morning with a splash of cold water to tighten pores and cleanse the skin. (Yup, no morning cleanser for us!) Followed by a few of our favourite Alchemy Jane products to nourish our skin from the outside, in:
